Yoga Classes

Tentatively beginning in the first week in October, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00am to 8:00am, Eileen will instruct Vinyasa Yoga classes.

Vinyasa “Flow” Yoga – Vinyasa means “movement linked to breath.” Vinyasa flow is a challenging and
invigorating practice which develops strength and flexibility. In this class you will learn/review the basic Sun Salutation form and deepen your practice through sequences designed to build internal heat and release toxins. Overall you will explore a new self awareness and have fun while doing it!
